She is responsible for the development and delivery of our Active Programme, designed to get more older people more active and participate in recreational sport and physical activity. Sue leads a range of initiatives including our Go for Life Programme, which is the National Physical Activity Programme for Older People, funded by Sport Ireland and the HSE.<\/p>\n<p>Sue has always had an interest in health and fitness and has a BA in Leisure Management.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to Age &amp; Opportunity, Sue was a manager of a fitness facility in Dublin. Sue began working with Age &amp; Opportunity as an Administrator for our Go for Life Programme, and she became Assistant Manager of the programme in 2013, and then became Manager of the Programme in December 2018.
