{"id":13965,"date":"2024-01-17T15:15:42","date_gmt":"2024-01-17T15:15:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ageandopportunity.ie\/?p=13965"},"modified":"2024-01-17T15:15:42","modified_gmt":"2024-01-17T15:15:42","slug":"open-call-national-arts-in-nursing-homes-day-award-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ageandopportunity.ie\/open-call-national-arts-in-nursing-homes-day-award-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Open Call: National Arts in Nursing Homes Day Award 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Applications are now open for our National Arts in Nursing Homes Day Award 2024!<\/p>\n<p>Age &amp; Opportunity\u2019s Bealtaine Festival, in partnership with Nursing Homes Ireland, wish to recognise three outstanding arts projects through the\u00a0<strong>National Arts in Nursing Homes Day Award 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We invite applications from care settings who wish to facilitate their residents\u2019 artistic and creative expression by organising interactive and engaging arts workshops, sessions and events led by professional artists. These care settings will aim to create an exciting and suitable Bealtaine project that celebrates their residents arts and creative talents, culminating in a festival event (which may be online, blended or in-person)*. This will be presented as part of\u00a0<strong>National Arts in Nursing Homes Day<\/strong>\u00a0that will take place Friday 17<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0May during the Bealtaine Festival 2024.
