She is responsible for supporting our Active Programme Manager and Active Programme Team with the development and delivery of our Active Programme, designed to get older people more active and participating in recreational sport and physical activity.<\/p>\n<p>Nicole has always been interested in promoting physical activity and sport. She has a BSc in Sports Coaching and Performance from Waterford Institute of Technology and is a Sport Ireland Coaching Qualified Coach Educator.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to Age &amp; Opportunity, Nicole\u2019s background was in sports development.
